How do I book your gift wrapping Service?
Kindly use the contact form to send us an email. Response is within 3 hours. We agree a date, time and location. 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. For workshops, we normally use our premises or an office or hotel environment.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of this service, we do not offer refunds on our agreed services. This does not affect your statutory rights.
What payment methods do you accept and is my information secure?
I accept the following payments: Bank Transfer All major debit cards via PayPal I do not keep or store any of your financial information as all payments are processed by third parties.
What if I do not like the gift wrapping style and paper ?
During the booking process, we will agree on the colours, style and embellishments to be used. A free 45 minutes consultation with one sample to ensure that you are happy before we proceed with the job. There is a charge if we agree to re-wrap the gifts.
What type of products do you use for the hampers?
We use premium quality branded products
Do you provide call out services for gift wrapping?
Yes, a minimum of 10 gifts for the call out service. During the booking process, you need to let us know that you wish the service to be completed in the office or any agreed location.
